I am a Together We Bake team member and I am truly grateful for the opportunity to participate in this program. Without the support and dedication of the instructors of Together We Bake, I would not have had the chance to become a member of this wonderful team. When I first came home from prison four months ago I had no specific direction of what I was going to do. I just knew that I wanted to be successful and healed. I had an idea of what I wanted to do, but I wasn't sure how to go about accomplishing my goals and endeavors. With the help of the instructors, the other ladies on the team and my job counselor, I have been able to face my past and move forward. With Together We Bake I am well on my way to a BETTER ME, a NEW LIFE, and a BRIGHT FUTURE. Always remember to be kind to everyone you meet, for everyone is fighting some kind of battle.
