Stephanie Wright, Co-Founder/Executive Director, has a Master’s in Social Work, with a focus on program planning and administration. Stephanie has overall strategic responsibility for TWB’s staff, programs, expansion, and execution of its mission. She is currently responsible for managing program staff, community relations and the MSW Intern program. During the program, Ms. Wright co-leads the Empowerment and Life Skills groups.


Tricia Sabatini, Co-Founder/Director of Operations, has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Tricia has overall operational responsibility for the organization.  In addition to managing the kitchen and the program staff, Tricia is responsible for handling all TWB’s accounting tasks, including invoicing, accounts receivable and managing payroll.  Tricia also manages the orders, inventory and delivery of products to retail outlets and oversees TWB’s Business team who is responsible for shipping, inventory and deliveries. Prior to Together We Bake, Tricia had a very successful home based cookie business, Brown Box Cookies, for over 10 years.


Lucy von Fahnestock, Director of Development, is responsible for the strategic development, implementation and evaluation of the fundraising and communications efforts of the organization. She is a graduate of University Dayton where she studied Communications and Public Relations.


Colida Johnson, Kitchen/Program Manager, is a graduate of Together We Bake. Colida provides the baking instruction in the kitchen and leads the ServSafe instruction. She is better known as “Coach Colida” to the team.


Lisbeth Delcid, Program Manager, is a graduate of Together We Bake. Liz is responsible for program planning and Team Member recruiting. She also plans and leads the Empowerment and Life Skills groups. 


Hanna Teklu, Alumni Engagement/Workforce Development Specialist, is a graduate of Together We Bake. Hanna’s primary role at the program is to connect Team Members with employer partners in the community and support Team Members in their job searches. Hanna also provides critical outreach and support to alumni Team Members and helps keep them connected to their TWB family and the resources they need in the community.


Teresa Ross, Production Associate, is a graduate of Together We Bake. Teresa is responsible for daily production of TWB's products for order fulfillment. She also leads instruction on baking and packaging techniques with the team. 
 

Mackenzie Criswell, Production/Fulfillment Associate, is a graduate of Together We Bake. Kenzie is responsible for daily production of TWB's products, as well as order fulfillment for shipments, pick ups and deliveries. She also leads instruction on business administration skills with the team.
