We may also share your Personal Information with our partners who may contact you about goods and services they offer. We use your Financial Data only to verify your purchase of products or pledge of a donation and to bill you for same. We do not use your Financial Data for any other purpose.

    iii. Technology We and Our Third Party Advertising Vendors Use and Internet-Based Advertising
TWB uses tools such as Google AdWords and Google Display remarketing services to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our Website. This could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our Website, for example by using the contact form to make an inquiry. This remarketing could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a site in the Good Display Network. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies (described more fully below) to serve advertisements based on someone’s past visits to the Website. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy and Google’s privacy policy.
You can set preferences for how Google advertises to you, including by opting out of internet-based advertising over Google through the use of cookies, by visiting the Google Ad Preferences page (//www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/).
TWB and its third-party advertisers may also use cookies and web beacons, which are small text files that are stored on your computer when you visit certain web pages. TWB collects information through cookies and web beacons about your web browsing activities such as the address of the page you are visiting, the address of the referrer page you previously visited, the time you are viewing the page, your browsing environment, and your display settings. We may use cookies and web beacons on our Website for the following purposes:
Understanding traffic patterns and the number of visitors to the Website and other websites that we partner with;
Understanding how you use and interact with the Website;
Improving TWB’s products;
Optimizing your experience on the Website;
Providing anonymous individual or aggregate auditing, research, modeling, and reporting for our advertisers and other partners;
Storing your password so you do not have to re-enter it each time you visit the Website;
Providing you with relevant advertising and content; and
Managing our Website.
TWB and its third-party advertisers may also use Clear Gifs, which are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, used to track the online movement of a Website visitor.
Please note that cookies, web beacons and clear gifs may be placed by a third-party service provider who performs these functions for us. These third-parties may have their own privacy policies.
TWB may also use Basket Recovery, which is a technology we use to identify abandoned shopping carts and to send follow up email communications. If you do not want to receive shopping cart recovery email communications, do not type your email address into any product order or donation form or you may also click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email.
TWB does not use cookies, web beacons, clear gifs or basket recovery to collect or store any Personal Information.
We may also share Traffic Data with advertisers and other third parties who may use it for advertising purposes, including to serve targeted advertising on non-affiliated third party sites. Some of those ads may be personalized, meaning that they are intended to be relevant to you based on information about your online activities on the Website or other websites over time. For example, anonymous information collected across multiple sites may enable the ad network to predict your preferences and show you ads that are likely to be of interest to you. Please note that we do not share any information that identifies you personally with the third party service providers who serve ads on our behalf. To opt out of these types of ads, please visit the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) for information about how to opt-out of interest-based advertising by their members. See http://www.networkadvertising.org for general information about the NAI and http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp for the opt-out page. You may also visit http://www.aboutads.info/consumers/ to learn about interest based advertising and how to opt-out from online behavioral ads served by some or all participating companies.
If we or some or all of our assets are acquired by another company, including through a sale in connection with a bankruptcy, that company will possess the information collected by us, and it will assume the rights and obligations regarding your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.
We may disclose Personal Information or other data to comply with the law or legal requirements, enforce or apply our Terms of Use and Terms & Conditions of Sale/Donations and other agreements, or protect our rights, property, the safety of our users, or others.
